Grab your #BestAlumniEver and volunteer with LBR Alumni ServeBR Committee for the Love the Levee event hosted by Clean Pelican! LBRA is excited to partner with Clean Pelican & Cox Communications, in conjunction with Keep Louisiana Beautiful's “Love the Boot Week” for their “Love our Levee” event on the Mississippi. Embracing families and businesses to educate in a Litter Pickup all the while having fun. Coffee, Biscuits and Donuts at 8:30 am across from Raising Cane's River Center.
Volunteers are asked to join us by 9 a.m. outside Raising Cane’s River Center at 275 S River Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Clean Pelican and BRAC will pass out items including buckets, litter grabbers, disposable gloves, and trash bags. Volunteers can park at or near the Raising Cane’s River Center. After the cleanup, be sure to request a litter grabber to take home with you so you can tackle litter anytime you see it!
