Join ServeBR for a volunteer shift at Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore!

Habitat ReStores are nonprofit retail centers that sell new and gently used furniture, home furnishings, and building materials at discounted prices. Proceeds help fund Habitat for Humanity’s work to build affordable housing in our community, while also keeping usable materials out of landfills.

During our shift, volunteers may help organize and move merchandise, prepare donated items for sale, assist with light cleaning or furniture restoration, and support other ReStore projects as needed.

When: Wednesday, Sept. 23 at 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Where: Habitat for Humanity ReStore Southeast, 10300 Perkins Rd, Baton Rouge (former Ethan Allen store)
What to wear: Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes appropriate for an active volunteer shift.

Can’t make Sept. 24? A second ServeBR volunteer shift is available on Wednesday, Sept. 23.
